Not because it's an especially difficult subject to understand, but because they know that dealing with office etiquette problems in modern fast moving offices is a challenging balance, demanding time, attention, and delicate interaction, all of which can be scarce when stress levels are high, work deadlines loom, and requirements of efficiency are always present.
